Metal Deck Coating is an Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems brand. OR-80SLM, OR7K, Flak Jacket 1, and 7001 Primer come out of the same industrial polyurea line that goes onto commercial roofs, containment, and equipment — pointed here at structural metal decking specifically.
Deck work is unusually unforgiving because the substrate is a collection of edges. Most coating problems on decking are not chemistry problems; they are geometry and prep problems, and they get solved on the drawing and in the blast, not in the bucket. That is where our technical support actually earns its keep.
We sell direct and through industrial coating applicators, roofing contractors, and distributors. If you already run a plural-component rig, ask about material supply, parts, and job-specific spec help. If you are looking at adding polyurea capability, we can walk through equipment selection, training, and the first few jobs.
